ROI review on day 30
Day 0–2
30-min call. You give us the postcodes you sell into and your top 2 product categories. We confirm coverage and lock the territories during the pilot.
Days 1–30
Within 24h of every new DA lodgement in your postcodes, our concierge workflow verifies the architect, scores intent, and lands the Deal in your HubSpot with scope match, contact details, and source links. Daily 7am email digest to your reps.
Week 2
30-min review. We adjust scope keywords, intent score weights, and HubSpot field mapping based on what your reps are actually clicking and calling.
Day 30
We meet. We look at alerts → calls made → meetings booked → pipeline created. If the pilot earned its seat, we paper a Rep tier agreement. If not, we wrap. No card was ever taken.
Most suppliers know theirs. Comma-separated, e.g. 2088, 2089, 2090.
We'll guide the setup if you don't have one.
Week 2 tuning + Day 30 review.
The pilot only works when the territory is narrow enough to verify and broad enough to create rep activity. This form gives us the basics before the onboarding call.

We use this to confirm launch coverage and shape the 30-day concierge workflow.
Your details are used only to assess pilot fit. We don't sell, share, or add you to any marketing list.

Concierge-verified architects, scope-matched, in your locked postcodes.

If the pilot doesn't clear this bar, we wrap. We'd rather lose the deal than push you onto a paid seat that doesn't earn its keep.
