Material decisions land weeks before site activity. Wait for construction and the conversation shifts from fit to price.
Sales teams cannot check dozens of council trackers every morning and still run meetings. The few who try still miss lodgement windows.
Generic project lists help once everyone knows. RenoRadar starts at DA lodgement, when the architect can still shape the spec.
This is what your rep sees, what your CRM sees, and what your sales manager sees — for the same alert.

Mockups built from real verified NSW DAs. Names anonymised.
The workflow is built for supplier reps who need clean next actions, not another portal to refresh.
A homeowner, architect, or builder lodges a DA in an activated NSW territory. RenoRadar normalises the public record and queues the match for review.
The role-ID workflow verifies the architect where available, tracks builder and certifier as they become identifiable, and records source notes instead of guessing.
A Deal is created with DA reference, value, suburb, dwelling count, Project Intent Score, and identified contacts when the quality bar is met.
Every part of the product is built for what supplier reps actually do every day: find the project early, call the right person, and prove the pipeline.
Concierge-verified role identification for launch territories, with LLM extraction and manual review supporting the broader queue. Builder and certifier stay blank until they are genuinely identifiable.
Every alert is ranked by value-fit, scope match, recency, whether you're winning the spec, and dwelling count. The breakdown is visible, so reps know why a project rose to the top.
Deals and contacts are created automatically. Won and lost deal outcomes flow back into RenoRadar so reporting and scoring improve from real sales results.
Rep-tier accounts can lock postcode × category territories. One rep owns the patch, which keeps the Monday pipeline meeting out of internal conflict.
Alert volume, clicks, meetings booked, and paid invoices are shown by rep and month. Built for the sales manager who has to defend the number.
$1,039 per rep, per month, billed yearly. Save $3,120 a year per rep. Founder-led onboarding either way.
Every alert is owned by one rep, scored on the same rubric, and rolled up into a manager view that ties spec influence to paid invoices.

One supplier per postcode × category. Reps own their patch. Monday pipeline meetings stop being negotiations.
When a Deal closes in HubSpot, the outcome flows back into RenoRadar and tunes the score for that account. You can finally answer "did the alert lead to revenue?" with data, not anecdote.
Alerts, meetings booked, $ pipeline created, win rate, conflict count — by rep, by month, by territory. Built for the slide deck you already present in QBR.
Suppliers do not need another feed of every project. They need the top opportunities in the territories they own, scored in a way the rep can trust.

One spec'd-in kitchen project pays for the year. One spec'd-in glazing package pays for two.
Scored alert demo
Major renovation, custom kitchen joinery, rear deck, and glazing package.
$1.4M project value with a strong residential supplier fit.
Proposal mentions kitchen, butler pantry, joinery, and demolition.
DA lodged today; the specification window is still open.
This role has prior meeting and outcome history for the account.
Single dwelling; no multi-unit boost.
Rep action
Call the architect before the kitchen and glazing schedules are locked. Builder is not yet appointed, which is exactly why the alert is early.
Use conservative assumptions. The calculator shows the path from qualified alerts, to real conversations, to spec'd-in deals.
Estimated monthly pipeline
$57,600
If 24% of 12 weekly alerts turn into a conversation, and 1 in 8 conversations becomes a spec'd-in deal, your monthly pipeline is approximately $57,600.
Annualized, that is $691,200, roughly 44.3× the Rep seat cost at $15,588 a year.
| Scenario | Alerts/wk | Conversations | Deal size | Monthly pipeline | Annual ROI |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pessimistic | 8 | 12% | $30,000 | $14,400 | ~11× |
| Expected | 12 | 24% | $40,000 | $57,600 | ~44× |
| Optimistic | 20 | 32% | $60,000 | $192,000 | ~148× |
Current coverage
We currently surface every Development Application from 25 NSW councils — including Canterbury-Bankstown, Cumberland, Mid-Coast, Tamworth Regional, and 21 others. Direct feeds from City of Sydney, Mosman, Waverley, North Sydney, Inner West, and the Northern Beaches are scoped for Q3 2026. If one of those LGAs is your top territory, — we prioritise the build order by founder-pilot demand.

Q3 2026 order depends on pilot demand and council portal complexity.
Type up to 5 NSW postcodes. We'll show you what's lodging there right now — real DAs, real values, real lodgement dates — and whether the territory is still open for your category. No email required.

Weekly product time with the founder during the pilot
Every founding pilot is concierge-led by me, personally, for 30 days. No card on file. No contract. No "auto-converts to paid" trick.
If 30 days in I haven't put a verified architect, with a real DA in your territory, in front of one of your reps — we walk away. No card to cancel, no invoice to dispute, no clawback paperwork. Email me, "this didn't work," and that's the end of it.
If 30 days in it is working, you tell me which seats you want and we set up the paid plan from there.
One plan. One price. Pay monthly or yearly. Every account starts free for 30 days, founder-led. No card to start, no contract, no auto-convert.
For supplier reps managing 10-50 active opportunities, with territory locks, Project Intent Score, full HubSpot sync, manager view, and dedicated onboarding.
Pay yearly, save 20%. $1,039 per rep, per month, billed yearly.
Prices in AUD, excluding GST. Pilot is free for 30 days; paid plan begins only when you choose to continue. Cancel anytime. Questions? Email dominic.pirrello@gmail.com or .
RenoRadar normalises DA data from the NSW Planning Portal and individual council DA registers. We do not scrape private portals or use any non-public source.
Architect identification is done through a concierge workflow: an LLM extracts likely candidates from the public DA package, and a human verifies each one before the alert is released. Builder and certifier remain blank until they are genuinely identifiable.
Project Intent Score is a weighted sum of five visible components — value × category fit, scope keyword density, recency, account lift, and dwelling count. The full rubric is published.

I'm Dominic Pirrello. I have a Master's in Property Development & Investment from UTS — High Distinction average — and I've spent the last several years inside the residential development cycle in NSW, watching the same pattern over and over: a $400,000 kitchen spec going to whoever the architect named first, and the supplier rep finding out months later when the only conversation left was about price.
The information existed. It was sitting in council DA registers, free, public, ignored. Nobody had built the workflow to put it on a rep's desk on the morning the DA was lodged.
RenoRadar is that workflow. I built the first version myself. I personally verify the architect on every alert in the founding pilot. I'll be your point of contact for the first six months of every account we onboard — same-day replies, Sydney hours, my mobile if you want it.
If you sell building products into NSW residential through architects, builders, or specifiers, I want 20 minutes of your time. I'll show you what's lodging in your top postcodes this week, who the architect is, and whether the territory is still available to lock.
