The problem

By the time the build starts, you have already lost the spec.

The specification window closes early

Material decisions land weeks before site activity. Wait for construction and the conversation shifts from fit to price.

Council monitoring does not scale

Sales teams cannot check dozens of council trackers every morning and still run meetings. The few who try still miss lodgement windows.

Lead lists arrive after momentum is gone

Generic project lists help once everyone knows. RenoRadar starts at DA lodgement, when the architect can still shape the spec.

Inside the product

Three views. Same alert. Built for the people who actually do the work.

This is what your rep sees, what your CRM sees, and what your sales manager sees — for the same alert.

How it works

DA lodged. People identified. CRM updated.

The workflow is built for supplier reps who need clean next actions, not another portal to refresh.

1

DA lodged

A homeowner, architect, or builder lodges a DA in an activated NSW territory. RenoRadar normalises the public record and queues the match for review.

2

People identified

The role-ID workflow verifies the architect where available, tracks builder and certifier as they become identifiable, and records source notes instead of guessing.

3

It lands in HubSpot

A Deal is created with DA reference, value, suburb, dwelling count, Project Intent Score, and identified contacts when the quality bar is met.

Product

Supplier intelligence, not generic lead-gen.

Every part of the product is built for what supplier reps actually do every day: find the project early, call the right person, and prove the pipeline.

Architect and builder ID workflow

Concierge-verified role identification for launch territories, with LLM extraction and manual review supporting the broader queue. Builder and certifier stay blank until they are genuinely identifiable.

Project Intent Score 0-100

Every alert is ranked by value-fit, scope match, recency, whether you're winning the spec, and dwelling count. The breakdown is visible, so reps know why a project rose to the top.

HubSpot sync, two-way

Deals and contacts are created automatically. Won and lost deal outcomes flow back into RenoRadar so reporting and scoring improve from real sales results.

Territory locks

Rep-tier accounts can lock postcode × category territories. One rep owns the patch, which keeps the Monday pipeline meeting out of internal conflict.

Manager view

Alert volume, clicks, meetings booked, and paid invoices are shown by rep and month. Built for the sales manager who has to defend the number.

Pay yearly, save 20%

$1,039 per rep, per month, billed yearly. Save $3,120 a year per rep. Founder-led onboarding either way.

For sales managers

Built for the person defending the pipeline number.

Every alert is owned by one rep, scored on the same rubric, and rolled up into a manager view that ties spec influence to paid invoices.

One supplier per postcode × category. Solid = locked. Hollow = available. Dim = not yet covered.

Locked territories, zero internal conflict

One supplier per postcode × category. Reps own their patch. Monday pipeline meetings stop being negotiations.

We track which alerts turned into paid invoices

When a Deal closes in HubSpot, the outcome flows back into RenoRadar and tunes the score for that account. You can finally answer "did the alert lead to revenue?" with data, not anecdote.

One manager view per sales manager

Alerts, meetings booked, $ pipeline created, win rate, conflict count — by rep, by month, by territory. Built for the slide deck you already present in QBR.

Why generic DA feeds won't get you spec'd in

Why generic DA feeds won't get you spec'd in

Suppliers do not need another feed of every project. They need the top opportunities in the territories they own, scored in a way the rep can trust.

ROI calculator

What does a rep's cleaner pipeline produce?

Use conservative assumptions. The calculator shows the path from qualified alerts, to real conversations, to spec'd-in deals.

Estimated monthly pipeline

$57,600

Qualified alerts per week12
Real conversations per week2.9
Spec'd-in deals per month1.4

If 24% of 12 weekly alerts turn into a conversation, and 1 in 8 conversations becomes a spec'd-in deal, your monthly pipeline is approximately $57,600.

Annualized, that is $691,200, roughly 44.3× the Rep seat cost at $15,588 a year.

Methodology

Public data. Hand-verified. Explainable scoring.

RenoRadar normalises DA data from the NSW Planning Portal and individual council DA registers. We do not scrape private portals or use any non-public source.

Architect identification is done through a concierge workflow: an LLM extracts likely candidates from the public DA package, and a human verifies each one before the alert is released. Builder and certifier remain blank until they are genuinely identifiable.

Project Intent Score is a weighted sum of five visible components — value × category fit, scope keyword density, recency, account lift, and dwelling count. The full rubric is published.

FAQ

Supplier questions, answered plainly.

Lead lists tend to become useful after a project is already widely known. RenoRadar is built around the DA lodgement moment, then ranks the alert and drops it into the rep workflow while the spec is still influenceable.
Dominic Pirrello, founder of RenoRadar
Why I built this

Why I built RenoRadar.

I'm Dominic Pirrello. I have a Master's in Property Development & Investment from UTS — High Distinction average — and I've spent the last several years inside the residential development cycle in NSW, watching the same pattern over and over: a $400,000 kitchen spec going to whoever the architect named first, and the supplier rep finding out months later when the only conversation left was about price.

The information existed. It was sitting in council DA registers, free, public, ignored. Nobody had built the workflow to put it on a rep's desk on the morning the DA was lodged.

RenoRadar is that workflow. I built the first version myself. I personally verify the architect on every alert in the founding pilot. I'll be your point of contact for the first six months of every account we onboard — same-day replies, Sydney hours, my mobile if you want it.

If you sell building products into NSW residential through architects, builders, or specifiers, I want 20 minutes of your time. I'll show you what's lodging in your top postcodes this week, who the architect is, and whether the territory is still available to lock.
