RenoRadar normalises DA data from the NSW Planning Portal and individual council DA registers. We do not scrape private portals or use any non-public source.

Architect identification is done through a concierge workflow: an LLM extracts likely candidates from the public DA package, and a human verifies each one before the alert is released. Builder and certifier remain blank until they are genuinely identifiable.

Project Intent Score is a weighted sum of five visible components: value × category fit, scope keyword density, recency, account lift, and dwelling count.
