We collect and process publicly available DA data sourced from the NSW Planning Portal. This data is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). DA data includes:

  • Development application reference numbers
  • Property addresses and descriptions
  • Development types and descriptions
  • Applicant and certifier information
  • Application status and dates
